Due to the open nature of our bakery, all bagel varieties are made in an environment where the following allergens are present

SESAME,  GLUTEN (including wheat),  EGGS,  MILK,  FISH,  PEANUTS,   NUTS 


Storing Frozen Part-Baked Bagels

On receiving your bagels, pop them into the freezer as soon as possible and use by date shown.  

Baking Frozen Part-Baked Bagels

Defrost fully for a minimum of 1 hour in a cool dry place. Once defrosted, bake on the same day. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 10 - 12 minutes or till golden at 220°C, 200° fan, 425°F, Gas Mark 7, turning once half way through.
Your kitchen will smell amazing!

All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Cooking precautions: Remove all packaging. Not suitable for baking from frozen

Storing Fresh Bagels

 Fully baked bagels will keep well for 3 - 4 days from date shown/day baked off. Store in an airtight container/bag at an ambient temperature.
Suitable for home freezing. We recommend slicing them before freezing. You can then pop them into the toaster straight from the freezer - no need to defrost.

For the best bagel experience, we recommend toasting, or slicing and freezing on arrival. They can then be taken straight from the freezer to the toaster - no need to defrost

If needed for a particular day/event, we recommend ordering in advance and freeze them
