Storing Frozen Part-Baked Bagels
On receiving your bagels, pop them into the freezer as soon as possible and use by date shown.
Baking Frozen Part-Baked Bagels
Defrost fully for a minimum of 1 hour in a cool dry place. Once defrosted, bake on the same day. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 10 - 12 minutes or till golden at 220°C, 200° fan, 425°F, Gas Mark 7, turning once half way through.
Your kitchen will smell amazing!
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Cooking precautions: Remove all packaging. Not suitable for baking from frozen
Storing Fresh Bagels
Fully baked bagels will keep well for 3 - 4 days from date shown/day baked off. Store in an airtight container/bag at an ambient temperature.
Suitable for home freezing. We recommend slicing them before freezing. You can then pop them into the toaster straight from the freezer - no need to defrost.
